职责描述：
Lead continuous improvement program, including CIP awareness training, CIP suggestion collection and tracking, achievement promotion, periodical reporting to management team
ISO9001 internal audit and external audit, audit findings closing as well as other certificates management, GBT 29490, ECE, ISO17025.
Drive quality in all areas of the organization, especially in the test field
Develop and maintain quality procedures
Train staff in quality topics

任职要求：
Experience in quality management and / or quality control
Strong quality mindset
Precise, diligent and reliability person
5+ years of experience in a quality position
Experience in engine development, testing or production is a plus
Formal quality education is a plus
Good communication skills
Good command of English
